Adhesive other than water is not needed when applying to the skin. Once applied, this Sparkle Frost catches the light in a way that creates a unique icy translucent dimension. Most other products appear flat and white in comparison. Zice substitute.

Do not ingest. Avoid eye contact. Also used for special effects purposes using larger amounts.
